The RG20 is the basic model for visosity testing with a capillary rheometer. The instrument is working with a measurement force of 20kN. Besides the determination of viscosity, the Rheograph 20 is able to access the GOETTFERT plattform for extended material characterization with the following features:

These Add-ons contribute positively to the total value for the operator who would like to get as much information as possible about his material. The well established single, double, or tripple barrel system illustrates besides the various options of different dies key advantages of a GOETTFERT Capillary Rheometer. 

GOETTFERT developed an essential improvement in accuracy of the pressure measurement. This enables to improve the repeatability of the measurement results by a factor of 10 and enables an extension of the measurement range in low shear rates. Due to this development GOETTFERT lifted the market standard to a higher level.
