The Rheograph family with different measurement force (25 / 50 / 75 / 120) are complete new developed. Additional modular based add-ons enable an extra value for determination of further material speczific characteristics.
The new developed family of the GOETTFERT capillary Rheometer is available with different measurement forces (25, 50, 75, 120kN). With the high-end model RG 120 it is possible to reach much higher sheare rates. Besides the determination of viscosity, the Rheograph family is able to access the GOETTFERT plattform for extended material characterization with features as follows:
• PVT (PRessure, Volume, Temperature)
• Elongation (Haul-Off, Rheotens)
• Thermal Conductivity
• Die Swell Measurement
These Add-ons contribute positively to the total value for the operator who wants to get as much information as possible about his material. The well established single, double, or tripple barrel system illustrates besides the various options of different dies key advantages of a GOETTFERT Capillary Rheometer.
GOETTFERT developed an essential improvement in terms of the accuracy of the pressure measurement. This enables to improve the reproducibility of the measurements results by factor 10 and enables especially an extension of the measurement range in low shear rates. Due to this development GOETTFERT lifted the markt standard to a higher level.
