The "K", as it is called in the plastic industry, is the outstanding leading exhibition for plastics technology, and its total duration of eight days is only one of many superlatives. Companies show their current range of products and services at the show in order to be able to provide an answer to today’s challenges.
And these are not that easy for the plastics industry today. The sensitization of public opinion to environmental protection and climate change has unfortunately reduced the importance of plastics technology. Plastic has to be used as a synonym for environmental pollution. However, the industry is accepting this challenge. Increasing the proportion of recycled materials, increasing recycling optimisation, improving the recycling economy - were the main topics of the plastics exhebition, at which GÖTTFERT can also offer its solutions for automatic rheological measurement technology.

On focus of our booth was a “Laboratory Automation Plattform”, which is a fully automated measuring station for two independently operation melt flow indexer and capillary rheometer.
