Constant service for maximum precision and a long service life

To ensure sustainably reproducible and reliable test results, periodic maintenance of your test instruments is essential. This is the only way to achieve reliable measurement results. The highly trained team of our service technicians, who are active worldwide, guarantees reliable and accurate rheological test results in the long term. Only regular maintenance ensures long-term reliability.

Good to know

The test equipment, which is used for testing and calibrating the machine, subjects to the control of inspection and is rechecked in prescribed intervals.

The traceability of these used test equipment to recognized national or international standards is guaranteed.



Our three types of service

SERVICE BASIC

Maintenance and calibration of the instrument with traceable measuring devices.

After successful completion a maintenance check list (inspection protocol) will be provided.

SERVICE BASIC is no longer provided for manually operated melt flow indexers (Plastometer) of the current model series.

SERVICE BASIC +

Maintenance of the instrument with traceable measuring devices.

After successful completion a factory calibration protocol (inspection protocol) will be provided.

The inpection protocol does not constitute an accredited test report or calibration certificate.

SERVICE ISO 17025

Maintenance and calibration of the instrument with traceable measuring devices, including an indication of the lowest measurement uncertainty, which has been determined directly at the test device on site.

After successful completion a verification report will be provided in accordance with the requirements to the ISO/IEC 17025 of the DAkkS.


Remote maintenance

The use of our special remote control software (Teamviewer Download) enables our service engineers to control your instrument from our company remotely. This allows us to give you support for the operating software, the handling of the instrument or installing program updates and fixing configuration problems. Even training lessons might be a nice option to keep you always informed and updated.

Return delivery

Please enclose the completed Return delivery note with every return delivery of original parts. This is the only way to ensure a fast allocation and processing. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
